Discussion and Possible Action Regarding the Re-Approval of the 2-Lot Certified Survey Map for the Property Located at N27W25250 Bluemound Road (PWC 0925-990-001) With Public Street Dedications as Requested by Neumann Companies for The Glen at Parkway Ridge Condominium Development [Fuchs]
BACKGROUND:
The applicant, Neumann Companies, is requesting re-approval of the subject certified survey map. The CSM was initially recommended for approval by the Plan Commission at their January 17, 2019 meeting and final approval occurred at the February 4, 2019 Common Council meeting.
According to Section 236.34(2) of State Statutes, the register of deeds may not accept a certified survey map unless it is offered for recording within 12 months after the date of the last approval of the map and within 36 months after the date of the first approval of the map.
As such, the applicant is requesting re-approval by the Common Council in order to record the CSM with the Waukesha County Register of Deeds.
Note that no changes have been made to the CSM since its original approval.
